Kerri leads the “Go-To-Market” strategy and operational plan for all customer segments.
Kerri has spent the past 30 years in critical strategic and operational roles for three globally publically traded information companies (D&B, IHS Markit, Clarivate). She held C-Level positions that included data strategy, product management, customer operations, acquisition integration and quote-to-cash. Most recently, she was the Chief Operations Officer for Clarivate. She spent two years as a member of Clarivate’s executive leadership team after Clarivate acquired her firm, CustomersFirst Now, LLC.
Prior to Clarivate, Kerri was the Founder and CEO of CustomersFirst Now, LLC. As a top Customer Experience (CX) implementation firm, CFN helped over 60 B2B and B2C companies implement core components of their CX programs, such as journey maps, CX scorecards, surveys and training. Her team provided a proven and action- oriented approach that companies could immediately implement and experience results. Kerri was also responsible for launching and overseeing IHS’s Big Data Analytics strategy. This strategy focused on building scale and organic revenue growth by providing customers with predictive analytics “on demand” to solve key business issues across four industries (Energy, Chemical, Transportation and Electronics).
